Job SummaryResponsible for opening and closing procedures. Must create staff schedule. Responsible for selling, stocking and maintaining product inventory as required, as well as preparing sandwiches and other orders for customers. A positive, friendly and courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers is necessary.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the shop.
• Responsible for preparing various orders for customers.
• Responsible for keeping all counters, shelves, floors and windows clean.
• Must be courteous and helpful to customers.
• Responsible for inventorying and ordering.
• Responsible for keeping uniform neat and clean and presenting oneself in a well groomed manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
• Ability to understand and carry out directions.
• Punctuality.
