LOWEST RATE GUARANTEE
Every hotel reservation booked through the Island House Hotel website is guaranteed to have the lowest rate publicly available on the internet or The Island House will match a lower rate under the following conditions:
- If you find a rate on another website that is lower than the lowest rate shown on The Island House website, The Island House will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found.
- For the purposes of the Lowest Rate Guarantee, rooms on the other website must be publicly available, viewable, and bookable on the internet at the time of verification.
- The lower rate found must be the same hotel and type of accommodations,as well as for the same dates.
- To use the Lowest Rate Guarantee, you must advise the Island House Hotel within 24 hours of booking your room by either calling The Island House at (800) 626-6304 or emailing at info@theislandhouse.com with your booking details.
- Review the Terms and Conditions and an example of how the Lowest Rate Guarantee works.

- View the Terms and Conditions and then book your stay at the lowest available rate on the Island House Hotel website.
- Within 24 hours, you find a lower rate through another website for the same hotel, same night(s), same room type(s), same number of people, and same bed type(s).
- Contact The Island House to claim the Lowest Rate Guarantee.
- Assuming your Island House Hotel website booking is confirmed and the lower rate is available and bookable via another website, The Island House reservations team will modify your room rate to uphold the Lowest Rate Guarantee policy.
- Enjoy your stay on Mackinac Island content in the knowledge you have booked the lowest rate available for your room.
