Position: Sales Clerk
Location: Ryba's Fudge Shops

Job Summary
Responsible for selling, stocking and maintaining product inventory as required. A positive, friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers is necessary.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling and stocking product.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures.
• Responsible for keeping all counters, shelves, floors and windows clean.
• Must be courteous and helpful to customers.
• Responsible for preparing mail orders.
• Responsible for making a variety of candies.
• Responsible for keeping uniform neat and clean and presenting oneself in a well groomed manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register.
• Ability to understand and carry out directions.
• Punctuality.

Owner and Fudge Shop Manager.
